Technical Assistance

For any hiccups or technical queries, our experts are available for assistance via video call at a standard rate of $75.00 per hour. Please note that technical consultations are available in two-hour blocks as a minimum requirement.

Warranty Repairs

Warranty repairs are available for your convenience. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility. Some of our customers even opt to bring their units to us in person for repair.

Warranty Continuation

To maintain your warranty status, all inks and supplies must be exclusively ordered from Live Event Printing (LEP). We cannot extend warranty services if you’re using consumables from other vendors.

Unauthorized Ink and Supplies

Using unauthorized inks will automatically void your warranty. We monitor ink purchases through our website, and an average business typically buys a complete 5-liter set of ink approximately once every two months. If this criterion isn’t met, we’ll assume the use of unauthorized supplies.

Print Count Verification

Rest assured, we cross-verify your printer’s average print count with the ink consumption to ensure compliance with our warranty requirements.

Shipping Requirements

Should you need to send your printer back for repairs, please make sure it is properly crated and boxed. If using a freight company, package the unit to prevent damage during transport. Live Event Printing is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. The carrier will be responsible for any damages.

Warranty Coverage

Under our warranty program, and for an annual fee of $3,000.00, Live Event Printing LLC will cover the cost of parts and repair. However, shipping costs both ways are your responsibility. If unauthorized supplies have been used at any point during the warranty period, the warranty becomes null and void, although repairs can still be arranged at your own cost.
