At Live Event Printing LLC, we strive to offer you the most reliable and cost-effective shipping options. We understand how important it is for your order to arrive on time, and we’re committed to ensuring you get your products when you need them. This Shipping Policy covers our domestic shipping rates, local delivery options, in-store pick-up, and our current stance on international shipping.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of the package and the destination. We offer flat-rate shipping for certain items such as transfers and ink, powder and film to certain locations in the United States of America. For DTF Equipment, UVDTF Equipment, Sublimation Equipment, and or heat presses, the buyer will send to Live Event Printing the shipping BOL, Bill of Laiding form. The buyer will arrange the shipping to be picked up from our location/ Warehouse in Boston or Framingham. 

For Transfers, Printed Shirts, printing consumables

• Standard Shipping starts at: $7.99 (Estimated arrival: 5-7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping: $14.99 (Estimated arrival: 2-3 business days)
• Overnight Shipping: $24.99 (Estimated arrival: 1-2 business days)

Local delivery

We offer local delivery to businesses within a 10-mile radius of our store location. Local deliveries are charged a flat fee depending upon the equipment being delivered. The fee ranges from $125.00 for 1 DTF printer up to $499 for eco-solvent printers and are typically made within 2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery. You may pick up your equipment at your expense from either of our locations in Framingham or in Braintree, MA. 

In-store pickup

If you’re in the area, you can opt for in-store pick-up at 530 West St Braintree, MA or 15 Pleasant St Connector Framingham, MA location of . Simply select “In-Store Pick-Up” at checkout and wait for an email notification confirming that your order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up hours are between 9 AM and 5 PM from Monday to Friday.

International Shipping

We regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping at this time. We are constantly looking for opportunities to expand our services and may offer this feature in the future.
