Refund Policy for Live Event Printing

1. General Refund Policy
At Live Event Printing, we prioritize customer satisfaction. While we have specific guidelines regarding refunds, we are committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience with our products. Our guidelines of refunds are that we do not offer refunds on equipment.
2. Transfers
We do not offer refunds for transfers. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged transfer, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide a replacement for the defective transfer unless the file is low quality due to an image below 300 dpi. Live Event Printing does not offer color matching for orders.
3. Consumables
All sales of consumables are final. We do not offer refunds for consumable products. Please ensure you select the correct consumables for your needs.
4. Printer Sales
For printer sales, we DO NOT OFFER refunds. If your printer arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement based on the circumstances and this is only if you purchased shipping insurance. All shipping is based on the buyer’s Bill of Laiding.
5. Third-Party Products
For products that are part of a combination package but are sourced from third-party vendors, any refund requests must be directed to the respective third-party vendor. Live Event Printing does not handle refunds for third-party products directly.
6. Damages and Issues in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or directing you to the appropriate channels for resolution within your Bill of Laiding. The Buyer must arrange another Bill of Laiding for shipping both ways. We expect the item to be returned to Live Event Printing and another Bill of Laiding for the shipping of the other unit.
7. Exchanges and Refunds
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us, we do not exchange printheads or items that come in contact with the ink that you have purchased elsewhere.
